Western slopes of the Cordillera Occidental. Cuenca Río Taibá. Trail to
the junction of the three rivers (Río Taibá, Río Crystalina, and Rio ?).
Elevation: 1150 m. 5°15'6"N 76°4’49"W. Bosque Andino. Terrestrial
herb, 40+ cm tall. Calyx green. Corolla immature and uniformly white.
