shrub. Staminate and pistillate blossoms in separate shrubs. [From note attached to sheet: Male Ephedra had ended blossoming but females were in an interesting condition. I'm sending a box to Dr. Jurica. C. E. [=Carlyle Ellis].]. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
