UTAH CO.: Few clumps in clearing (Hog Hollow) dominated by B. tectorum
with some B. sterilis, just N of terminus of Angels Gate W in N W part of
Alpine. Lat. 40.46588 N, Long. 111.80518 W. Plants shorter and less mature than
associated healthy Brome. Spikelets (excluding awns) 8.5-10 mm, shorter than the
ascending panicle branches; florets malformed, infested with black tuberculate telia-
pathogen is possibly Ustilago bullata.
