Plants of the Guiana Shield Gentianaceae Curtia tenuifolia (Aubl.) Knobl. Det. P. J. Maas 2017 Guyana, Cuyuni-Mazaruni, Kako River vicinity, above Kako Village, near Camp 3, ca. 22 air km east of Tulameng summit (summit 1534m, N 5°33*27.1", W 60°59'34.7"). 5° 34' 25"N, 60° 47' 47" W Elev. 521 m. Brocchina and Stegolepis savanna with drier shrub islands around rock outcrops. Erect herb, infrquent. Stems purple. Leaves appreaed to stem. Infructescence terminal and paniculate.
