Jelundung, Batu Untang. 1 km S of camp along hunting
trail.

Mixed Dipterocarp forest, clay soil; associates include:
Shorea, Knema, Lithocarpus, Artocarpus.
Open exposed area.
Morphology:
Liana, 20 m long, 18 cm dbh. Outer bark beige, inner bark
pale yellow. Latex white. Leaves fleshy, light green beneath,
dark green above. Fruit 10 cm dbh, pale yellowish-green.
Aril bright orange.
Local name:	Dangu
Notes: Aril edible, Manggis flavor.
