Field Char. Tree 15 m tall, dbh 20 cm; bark gray; flower buds
green. Common.
Locality: Vietnam, Ninh Binh Province, Nho Quan District.
Habitat: Cue Phuong National Park. Slope northeast of Bong.
Tall primary forest on a slope with thick soil cover and occasional
exposed limestone rock. 400-480 m altitude.
