Lowland mixed dipterocarp forest on sandy clay soils.
Morphology:
Small tree 12 m tall 10 cm dbh. Outer bark greyish-brown,
rugose, inner bark yellow. Flowers pale green, bracts pale
yellow, very fragrant.
