Environs bordering national park and SBk. 0°37’S 112°15’E Alt: 310 m Habitat: Old secondary forest, associates include Euphorbiaceae, Moraceae, Rubiaceae, Meliaceae. Red clay soil. Field Char: Tree 8 m tall, 12 cm dbh. Outer bark brown, longitudinally fissured. Young twig w/ brown indumentum. Leaves thin, stiff. Sepals greenish- yellow. Petals green, dark pink at base.
