aromatic; leaves caudate, thick-papery, bullate, adaxial surface
dark dull green, abaxially blue-green and laxly hairy on veins;
venation triplinerved, lateral costae reaching the top or nearly so,
intercostal nervation prominent and conspicuous; panicles from
apical and lower axils, to about 10 cm length, laxly branched, axes
crisped pubescent, hairs light brown; flowers pale yellow, margin
of torus pilose, tepals 6; anthercells 4; ovary and style glabrous,
stigma peltate.
