Lat. 5 27 S Long# 148 30 E Habitat; On 50° slope, secondary forest near top of hill. Altitude 400 feet. Annot. Tree; lower part of bole bent. Height 50 feet, d.b.h. 10 ins. Bark brown, with vertical rows of red- brown lenticels in fissures. Blaze red-brown. Sapwood cream. Milky exudate abundant. Heartwood pink. Odourless. Leaves dark green above; yellow-green below.
