(Qamdo) on road (highway 214) to Bangda along the Lancang
Jiang (Mekong River). 31°6'9"N, 97°11’10"E; 3240 m. Xeric
slopes and ravines along river valley; xeric shrub and herb
vegetation dominant. On shrubs on slope. Vines 1-2.5 m long;
flowers yellow, fading to orange.
