1980 Sino-American Botanical Expedition to Western Hubei Province People’s Republic of China Clematis lasiandra Maximcwicz Shennongjia Forest District (31°3(KN; 110°30'E): Zhushanyazi pass on the western side of Dajiuhu basin. Wet fen, fomerly lake bed, seasonally flooding. Elevation ca. 1780 meters. Raised area with Quercus-Crataegus-Vlbumum. Tepals coriaceous, purple with white- pilose margins. 1980 Sino-Amer. Exped.
