In low-lying wet igarape with Euterpe oleracea.

Description
Tree to 5 m tall. Flowers cauliflorous. Sepals often caducous. Petals rusty brown, pubescent, outside, cream-yellow inside with a red blush at the base; very fragrant, like fruit with a hint of spice bubblegum. Flowers pickled. Fruit (monocarps) yellow, seeds black. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
