Description
Low subshrub to 20 cm. with decumbent bare stems below and ascending leafy stems. Leaves fleshy concave above, imbricate. Flowering stems unbranched, dark purple-tinged. Calyx dark purple-tinged. Corolla rather pale violet-blue, paler within tube and with darker pattern of lines at base of lobes of upper lip. Filament hairs pale violet. Anthers yellow. Style deep purple. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
