Myrtaceae, Lauraceae.
Morphology:
Shrub, 3.5 m tall. Twigs hirsute. Leaves dark green above,
primary veins sunken. Leaves beneath light green. Petals
bright purple. Stamens bright yellow, spurs pale pink.
Growing at edge of river, open area.
