Ngorongoro Conservation Area, ca. 12 km Northwest of Endulen Village in shrub savanna. Information given by Saitaba Ole Kinyanyi, olchololik-agegroup. (35° 12' I 3° 10' S). Alt. 1700 m. JU1 19, 1993 Grows in abandonned homestead. Maasai name: enaimurruai It is mostly eaten by donkeys, as it is difficult for catt to pick up the long creeping shoots.
