Plants of the Gaoligong Shan Region, Yunnan, China Polygonaceae Polygonum viviparum Linnaeus Fugong Xian, Lumadeng Xiang. Yaping Cun, cirque S of Yaping Pass near the Myanmar border, E side of Gaoligong Shan. Elev. 3600 m 27° 12’ 3" N, 98° 41’ 41" E E facing 30-60° slope. Meadow. Undisturbed. Wet meadow adjacent to lake with perennial herb and Rhododendron/bamboo thickets on moist slopes above. Perennial herb 40-50 cm tall. Flowers pink. Abundant. Growing on wet slope by lake.
