Darby shire No. 603 Dato 4 July 1962 Loc. c. 2 miles west of Kanosia Plantation, Kairuku Subdistrict, Central District, Terr, of Papua. Hab. abundant in roadside ditch in open savannah woodlandj alt. c. 100 feet. Notes flowers white with faint pink tinge; leaves dark green with faint red margins. Local name: Pih-suh (Matapaili language, j Matapaili). 04403363
