Habitat: Disturbed wet prairie
Tree ca. 6 meters tall; fruits 1.5 cm diameter, golden
brown; buds hairy. Naturalized and reproducing with
10-20 plants present ranging from 0.5 to 6 meters tall
and scattered ca. 400 feet east from collection site.
Associated taxa: Deschampsia cespitosa, Dipsacus
fullonum, Crataegus monogyna, Fraxinus latifolia.
