Agung, on Bukit Tapiz, volcanic hills 6 km N of
Besakih.
750 m 8°20S; 115°26E. Tropical, semi-deciduous
forest, canopy 10-20 m high; substrate igneous;
dominants include Engelhardia, etc.
Light gap tree 6 m tall, branching from base and
above; boles to 4 cm dbh, leaves above subsessile,
those below red petiolate, lamina dull yellow below,
green above; inflorescence pale green.
