On edge of dry ’savannah’ on white sand nr. Orealla.
Common tufted sedge on track-sides. Rhizome short-
creeping. Culms basally pinkish, the remainder of the culm,
and leaf-blades, mid-green. Young fruiting inflorescence
olive-green.
