bridge over the Rio Paragua^u. Very roc ky
hillside, with sandstone rocks, and rocky
river with scrubby vegetation of small trees
and shrubs,
Alt. ca. 400m 41 19*Vi, 12 50'S
Spindly subshrub to ca. 2.5m. Leaves rather
soft mid-green above, paler beneath with pale
brown stems. Bracts and sepals pale green.
Petals yellow.
