of Stowe. - ca. elev. 3320 ft. - ca. UTM 18 676075E 4935224N - Lat. 44° 33' 03 "N,
Long. 72° 47' 00"W -Assoc, spp. - Cladonia spp.
Thallus crustose, white, covering bryophytes; apothecia pale brown to brownish-red to black;
spores 4-celled, transversely septate, rod-like.
