Fruits oval to heart-shaped (17x15 cm at widest point at top, 10 cm at base) with 7 cm stalk
deeply and tightly inserted into irregular neck of raised and very elongated sections. Rough with
raised, pyramidal sections. Glossy or waxy, pale-green skin. Pale yellow flesh with an occasional,
very large, dark seed. May be the same as Bwikilew (Ragone 357) in the Mordock Islands. Leaves
shallowly dissected with 1-3 pairs of close lobes with slighdy undulate margins. Some leaves have
two lobes on one side, one on the other. Dark, leathery, glossy blade with green veins. Profuse
long stiff white hairs on upper veins. Underside slighdy rough. Tree vl3 m.
