Description
A shrubby climber... branches brown covered with similarly colored lenticells, terete, subpendulous, the twigs greenish; leaves coriaceous, folded upon the upper surface, tips recurred, similar green beneath; inflorescence suberect, all the stalks green, calyx also greenish: petals light yellow: filaments in the young state yellow, but soon turning to a deep brick red; ovary pale green: style pale yellow; seeds greenish.
