UTM 12S 283314E 3828696 NAD83; TRS: T14N R11WS1 SW4 of SE4 Elev: 744m. (2440ft) Tertiary alluvial deposits on gentle, dipping slopes and erosional channels draining dry wash. Soil white clay with brown and orange bacon chert. Community of Ericameria nauseosa var. juncea, Eriogonum microthecum, Larrea tridentata, Juniperus californica, Nolina bigelovii, & Polygala acanthoclada. Associated species: With Hilaria rigida.
