Submontane hill forest on granite. Growing on rock with big
humous deposit.
Morphology:
Herb 1.5 m tall. 1st leaf 70 cm up. Bracts pinkish-red
forming 15 cm stalk and cup with 1 flower open at once.
Flower all white.
