Belize. Cayo. Between the Western Highway and the Sibun River, ca. 7 km west of intersection of western Highway and the coastal road "Manatee Highway".

Habitat
Sloping terrain, mostly pine and palm savannah on upland (igneus derived alluvium), grading into flood-plain forest toward river. Flood plain forest last disturbed in 1959, Attalea cohune common.

Description
Multi-trunked tree, 8-10 m tall, slash tan; fruit red, fleshy.
