Daocheng, at first pass N of the city of Muli. 28°7'29"N,
101°9'39"E; 3750 m. Extensive meadow and adjacent slopes along
road, surrounded by thickets of evergreen Quercus and forests of
Picea. Under overhanging ledge in dry clay soil. Fronds clustered
at apex of erect rhizome; leaves dark green, adaxially shiny; young
sporangia pale green, old sporangia brown. DNA material
available.
