from Guadalupe to Khasa Monte, 19 km (by road) and 13
km (by air) SE of Guadalupe road junction, 6.6 km (by
road) S of junction with road to Piraymiri and Masicuri.
18°38’59”S, 64°02’03”W. alt. 2470 m.
Ridgetop, with remnants of lowermost edge of cloud forest
with Scutia buxifolia, Brunfelsia uniflora, Prumnopitys
exigua, Podocarpus parlatorei, Crinodendron tucumanum.
Clump of slender stems 1.5 m. tall. All inflorescences still
in bud, some beginning to turn violet.
