ca. 4 km S of center of Villa Tunari, 6 km SW of Gumucio
bridge over Rio Chapare.

Somewhat disturbed secondary tropical lowland evergreen
forest on flat land.
Climbing to 7 m. on trunk of Socratea, in mostly unshaded part of
pasture. Hypanthium and sepals bright orange; petals bright
yellow. Some branches with staminate flowers on pistillate-type
inflorescences. All leaves on this plant are deeply lobed.
