upper entrance to sink and slightly to the west.
42° 13' 54.86" N 111° 33' 44.68" W +-75 meters[WGS84]
Elev: 2420m. (7933ft)
Rock (light gray limestone) outcropping and low hilltop;
shallow soils; SSE exposure.
Shrub to 1 m tall, spreading to 2 m, and cascading over
verticle rock face to about 1 m; no cones found.
Associated species: Pinus contorta, Eriogonum sp., Picea,
engelmannii, Populus tremuloides, Carex hoodii
