Rangy> long-branched shrubs to ca. 3.5 m
tall* planted as hedge between yards.
Petals bright rose-red, the margins
coarsely crenately incised. Staminal
tube, filaments and styles rose-red, the
stigmas darker. Anthers yellowish.
