Angola, Namibe Ca.10 km S. along faint dark track that leaves
towards indigenous community of Regia from main road between
Namibe and Virei. 15.7520 S, 12.5366 E. 348m elevation, small slate
canyon due N. of Rio Denigia, dark slate rocks and drainageupright
shrubs to 0.3m corollas dark pink, nearly red at times like P. variabiie
but vegetatively densely pubescent, very wet/oily veg. to touch,
inflouresence structure also a bit different, maybe a new species,
common on lower most portions of canyon si.
