Fairly common herbs in clumps, foliage bright
“grassy” green, the culms erect, or slightly arching;
scattered on shady ground along flood plain, below
canopy of Platanus ocddentalis, Fraxinus americana,
Acer negundo, with Ranunculus recurvatus, Lindera
benzoin, Heuchera americana, and very abundant
Toxicodendron radicans) S side of Long Branch of
Indian Creek just E of Sec Hwy 63 bridge, N side of
Newberry, about 3000' upstream from 1-26; elev. ca.
380'.
