Corolla medium purple with darker lobes and white tube with
yellowish base.
Open salt desert shrub community in calcareous loam soil,
nearly flat, slightly e-facing, associated with Atriplex
confertifolia. Artemisia tridentata var. wyomingensis,
Gutierrezia sarothrae, Tetrademia glabrata,
Balsamorhiza sagittata, Comandra umbellata, and
Cryptantha propria.
