Ukiah vicinity; 15 miles east and then 2 miles north of
Ukiah (or 1 mile ENE of Frazier Guard Station) at
T5S,R33E,Sl,NW4ofSE4; 4350 feet elevation.
Along Dry Comas Creek (a tributary to Comas Creek)
Dry creek bed, riparian zone at edge of small channel;
regeneration of Douglas Fir and Ponderosa Pine in area
interspersed with grazed meadows.
Hundred of plants along stream and wet edge of stream
only (looks like the eastern Carex torta)
