Habitat, flat coral sand and rock substratum, mostly planted to coconuts
with dense brushy understory toward outer beach of Scaevola mixed
with other shrubs, Messerschmidia fringing beach, wet.
Weedy sandy plaees near inner beaoh.
Date June 3, 1946	Altitude 1-2 m.
