Unshaded springy and marshy area. Cerrado vegetation on
slightly undulating terrain over crystaline rocks.
Herb 1 m. tall. Petals white with pale pink. Base of blade with two
hollow swollen extensions which contain tiny ants and their
eggs/pupae.
