3°l SA Flora of Bolivia Family: Lemnaceae Lemna cf. minor Department of Santa Cruz Province of Florida Laguna Volcan. Located S.W. of Estancia Angostura, above the road to Santa Cruz. Elevation: 1150 meters. Approximate location: 18°7'32"S. 63°38'45"W. Free-floating aquatic herb. Locally abundant. Growing in the Typha dominated areas next to the pond. Habitat: a pond, with an area of ca. 7 hectares. Dominated by Potamogeton illinoensis and P. gayii. pH: 7.1-7.7 Adjacent areas contain a marsh dominated by Typha domingensis and Cyperus papyrus.
