Alt. 1000-1330m c) Exposed dry rocky slopes in valley with Rhododendron chrysanthum, Vaccinium myrtillus, Solidago dahurica (virga-aurea), Sibbaldia procumbens, Dryopteris carthusiana, Carex globularis. Alt. 1300m Less than 1 m. tall; infrequent Also at 4300 feet in forest.
