United States of America. Delaware. New Castle Co. Approx. 1.3 km south of the PA border, Beaver Valley / Brandywine. 96 m west of the intersection of Ramsey Rd and Thompsons Bridge Rd / DE92.

Habitat
Very common in the immediate area, approx. 100 stems in flower. Growing in a seeping fen / meadow inbetween the road and agricultural field. With Solidago, Eupatorium, Persicaria, Cornus, Acer rubrum saplings, Sagittaria, Mentha spicata, and Thelypteris palustris.

Description
Labellum apex acute, margin strongly ruffeled, flowers white. Labellum 9mm long, large callosities 0.9mm long. Labellum glabrous. Leaves very small. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
