Habitat
Common in a very rich, diverse wet meadow along the roadside. With Lobelia cardinalis, Gentiana, many Carex.

Description
Flowers white; labellum very, very pale yellow centrally. labellum glabrous, acute tipped, margin ruffeled to almost lacerate. Callosities papillate. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
