United States of America. Maryland. Worcester Co. Bainbridge Park pond, Ocean Pines, off of Beaconhill Rd., ca. 3.5 km west of Isle of Wight Bay.

Habitat
Growing along the Sphagnum rich edge of a small pond. With Phragmites australis. Very common around the pond; dozens of floweing plants.

Description
Plants are extremely large, almost the largest I have seen. Very long lanceolate leaves.Labellum white, glabrous, margin ruffled, apex subacute to rounded. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
