In the NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ * ~ Memorial Site, just NE of the site. Young tree growing next to a large tree ~25m (NZ 160) from which it likely descended. Leaves mostly entire with a few 3-7 lobed leaves. Dense red hairs on veins below. Veins lime green to bright yellow above. Fruit on the large tree very dark green, lumpy, with flat protruding polygons on the surface, seeded. Seedlings growing below the large tree. White latex throughout. Local name Dugdug. N.C.
