Habitat
On south-facing roadcut. With Artemisia, Ericameria & Ribes. In very rocky (volcanic) soil.

Description
Plants annual, to 40 cm tall; petals yellow, to 3.5 mm long; staminal filaments thread-like, entire; mature fruits usually >15 mm long, with one row of seeds distally; seeds prism-like, sharply angled, the vertical angles prominently grooved; seed surfaces with minute, flat-topped papillae. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Flower.
