Production Unit. East of camp site. 467 m. 11°47'08"S 72°4r57"W. Primary, moist,
lowland, non-flooded forest dominated by bamboo (Guadua). Wet season.
Shrub 4 m tall; infructescence ascending; fruit ellipsoid, green; cupule red. Specimens
preserved in 55% ethanol before drying.
