Añangu. Rain forest on level, periodically inundated
ground, dominated by palms, near the outlet of Rio
Añangu into Rio Napo, in the Parque Nacional Yasuní.
Alt* ca. 250 m, (76°24'W 0°31*S) 30 June-9 July, 1982.
DBH ca 1.6 m.Buttresses to 2 m tall. Bark dark brown
flaking, 8 mm thick. Slash pinkish-white, a little
watery pink sap, "Guapa".
