Añangu. Rain forest on level, periodically inundated
f round, dominated by palms, near the outlet of Rio
ñangu into Rio Napo, in the Parque Nacional Yasuní.
Alt. ca. 250 m. (76°24»W 0°31'S) 30 June-9 July, 19&2.
DBH 33.2 cm. Buttresses small, 50x40 cm. Bark light
brown, fissured, 7 mm thick. Slash light pinkish,
glazed, with clear pinkish sap. Fruits green. !!Guapan.
