Sebastian; just west of railroad tracks just west of U.S.
1, just east of High Street on north side of eastbound (one
way) Sebastian Boulevard (= C.R. 512); degraded roadside
edge of remnant white sand scrub (S portion dominated by
exotics). Associates: Schinus terebinthifolius. Abrus
precatorius, Ximenia americana. Ouercus geminata. Pinus
clausa, Rhvnchelytrum repens. Lechea cemua. Tillandsia
utriculata. Selaginella arenicola. Passiflora. Also with
Polvgonella polygama, P. robusta. Helianthemum nashii.
Stipulicida setacea, Chamaecrista fascicularis. Locally
abundant, seedling to 45’ tall trees; native to Australia.
